Home sales in Wisconsin stayed on brisk pace in November, but the median sale price retreated 2.3%. Data released Monday by the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows existing home sales rose 24.8% last month from November 2011, to 4,938 from 3,956. The state has seen monthly sales growth for almost a year and half, and through the first 11 months of 2012, sales are up 21.2%. "With 17 straight months of healthy growth in statewide home sales, there's no doubt that the state housing market has seen a real bounce this year," said Renny Diedrich, chairman of the state Realtors' board of directors.
